The K House by Datum Zero Architects is a surfer’s dream residence that sits on a tropical mountain side in Nosara, Costa Rica. Overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean, the K House incorporates modern elements into a contemporary home that remains humble among the lush backdrop of the tropical forest in which is resides. A tall tower emerges the home into the tall canopy of trees, while a lower level passage allows one to check the ocean for surf conditions. Spacious rooms make-up the interior of the home while modest materials and natural tones make-up the exterior. [via plataformaarquitectura] View in gallery View in gallery View in gallery
